We offer a safe, comfortable, and peacful enviroment where you can focus on your personal goals.

Our team is dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and guiding you every step of the way towards independant living.



Your Room & Personal Space

Your bedroom is your private sanctuary.
We want you to feel secure and respected.
Move-In Ready:
Your room is fully furnished with a bed, clean bedding, and clothes storage.
Privacy First:
Staff will always knock and ask permission before entering your room, except in emergencies or during scheduled safety checks.
Secure Access: You will recieve your own set of keys for the front door and your private bedroom.
Make It Yours: You are welcome to personalise your space with photos and personal items to make it feel like home.

Your Support Sessions

Because this is supported accomodation, working with your dedicated support worker is a core part of living here.
This is a positive partnership tailored entirely around you.


How We Help You Grow

Benefits & Budgeting: Setting up housing elements, managing personal money, and reducing debt.
Health & Wellbeing: Registrating with Local GPs, dentists, and mental health services.

Daily Life Skills: Learning to cook healthy meals, food shopping, and managing a household.
Future Pathways: Connecting you to local training, volunteering, and employment networks.
Move-On Planning: Helping you search and apply for long-term independent housing.
Your Commitment: Attending your scheduled support meetings is a mandatory requirement of your tenancy.

Community Standards

To ensure every resident feels safe, happy, and respected, everyone agrees to follow these simple guidelines:
Mutal Respect: Treat your housemates, neighbours, and staff with kindness.
Bullying, discrimination, or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.

Shared Spaces:

Clean up after yourself in the communal kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas.
Peace & Quiet: Keep TV and music volumes respectful, especially during quiet hours between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
Smoke-Free: For fire safety and health,smoking and vaping are strictly banned inside all buildings.
Please use designated outdoor areas.

Zero Tolerance

Illegal substances, weapons, and legal highs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our absolute priority.
We maintain strict security measures to protect everyone in the home.
Secure Doors: Always ensure the front and back doors are locked securly behind you.
Never let strangers into the building.
Visitor Policy: To protect the privacy and safety of all residents, no overnight visitors are permitted in shared properties.
Stay Away: If you spend a night away (such as visiting family), please inform your support worker in advance so we know you are safe.
Maintenance & Emergencies
If something is broken, leaking, or not working properly, let us know immediately so we can fix it.

RoutineRepairs:

Report issues directly to your support worker or call our office at 07385419371 (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM).
Life threatening Emergencies: For fire,severe medical crises, or immediate danger, call 999 straight away
