Applicant must be aged 18 or older.
Must be eligible for Housing Benefit (or receiving Universal Credit with housing elements).
Must require a minimum of 1-5 hours of low-to-medium housing support per week.
Must not pose an unmanageable risk to themselves or others in a shared enviroment.
